Senior Director Of Institutional Research at Connecticut State Community College

Qing Mack has extensive experience in institutional research, working in various roles and positions throughout their career. They began their career in 1994 as an Associate Director of Institutional Research at the Connecticut State University System before moving to Asnuntuck Community College in 1999 to become the Director of Institutional Research. They remained in this role until 2020. In 2017, Qing Mack joined Tunxis Community College as the Campus Director of Institutional Research. In 2019, they became the Regional Director of Institutional Research for the North-West Region of CT Community Colleges. Their most recent position is as the Senior Director of Institutional Research at Connecticut State Community College, starting in 2023.

Qing Mack received a Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Language and Literature from the People's Public Security University of China in the years 1985-1989. They went on to attain a Master of Science degree in International Studies from Central Connecticut State University in the years 1994-1998. Lastly, Qing Mack completed their education with a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership from the University of Hartford, ending in 2018.
