Lila Nelms

Lila Nelms, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has a vast work experience in the field of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. Lila began their career at RH Technology in 1999 as the Division Recruitment Director. From there, they moved on to ValCom Technology Management where they held the roles of Director of HR & Employment from 2002 to 2007, and then Vice President of HR & Employment from 2007 to 2010. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Human Resources at Connection.

Lila Nelms, SHRM-SCP, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Roosevelt University. Lila has also obtained additional certifications including ASA - CSP Certified, NAPS - CTS Certified, SHRM-Senior Certified Professional from SHRM, and SPHR from HCI.
