Randy Kime

Randy Kime is a seasoned User Experience Architect with extensive experience in creating user-centered designs for e-commerce sites targeting diverse customer segments, including business, government, and consumer markets at Connection since September 2016. As the Founder of 9th State Strategy, Kime specializes in UX research and product consulting, aiding clients in developing their product visions. Kime co-founded More GCI in 2014, focusing on enhancing accountability for agents' goals and commission tracking within a real estate context. Previous contract work at Firefield involved collaborating with innovators to develop custom applications, while a decade-long tenure at Makibie saw the establishment of UX strategies that prioritized user requirements and connected design to business results.
