Tamara Scott, PMP has an extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Tamara held leadership positions in various companies, including Connection, where they served as the Sr. Director of Customer Experience Operations. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Business Operations at JB Retail Collective. For four years, they were the Sr. Director of Store Operations at Cornerstone Brands Inc. Before that, they were the Manager of Store Concept Development at Gordon Food Service. Tamara's career began at Bath & Body Works, where they held the roles of Sr. Manager of Strategic Initiatives and District Manager. Tamara's experience showcases their ability to lead teams, develop business strategies, and drive customer satisfaction.

Tamara Scott, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing and Retail Operations from South Dakota State University. In 2023, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
