Steffon Ferguson, BS CMIS, PMP, has extensive experience in service delivery and technical account management, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at Connectria Hosting since May 2012. Responsibilities include planning and executing Managed Services projects while ensuring seamless communication between customers and technical teams. Previous roles at Connectria include Technical Account Manager and Technical Support Analyst, where Steffon developed post-sales relationships and provided 24/7 technical support. Prior experience encompasses networking support at DISA/DITCO Scott, computer support at Helitech, and various customer service roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in IT and customer relations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in CMIS from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, alongside prior studies at Sinclair Community College and Wayne High School.
