Sylvester Jennings has a diverse and extensive background in information technology. Sylvester started their career at General Motors, where they worked as an IT Support Engineer at the GM World Headquarters. Sylvester then moved on to Chrysler as a Wintel Support Engineer. After that, Sylvester joined Toyota - Aisin World Technical Center as a Senior IT Engineer, where they were responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure of the company. Sylvester later joined IBM Global Business Services as a Senior IT-VMWare Engineer, providing support for the entire State of Georgia government infrastructure. Sylvester also worked at ING Investment Management as a Senior VMWare Engineer, leading the ING VDM Project and providing support for HP c7000 series Blade Servers. Before their current role, Sylvester worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises as a System Administrator, providing senior level support for the enterprise data center and Coca-Cola operations worldwide. Currently, they are working at Connecture as the Director of Information Technology, overseeing the company's technical operations and leading a team of systems and network engineers.

Sylvester Jennings attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2001 to 2003, where they studied Online - Information Technology. Sylvester then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a focus on Computer Science at Eastern Michigan University. In 2008, they obtained the MCSE certification.
