Chris Yates is an experienced Regional Manager with a career spanning over three decades in building surveying and valuation. Since 1998, Chris has been with Connells Survey & Valuation, demonstrating leadership and expertise in the field. Prior roles include Office Manager/Surveyor at First Valuers and Surveyors, Subsidence Claims Loss Adjustor at Ellis and Buckle, and Senior Building Surveyor at Reeds Rains. Chris also held surveying positions at Prudential Property Services and Dunphys Ltd. Educationally, Chris earned a BSc(Hons) in Building Surveying from The University of Salford, and completed secondary education at Turton High School.
