Ruben Rosas has extensive work experience in the call center industry. Ruben started their career at Telvista as a Project Manager and later became the Client Relations Director, where they were instrumental in securing major contracts. Ruben was then promoted to Executive Director of Client Relations, with responsibilities including overseeing multi-site operations and increasing revenue with existing clients. In 2008, Ruben founded their own boutique consultancy specializing in call center strategy. In 2010, they founded Connempathy, a nearshore business process outsourcing provider. Most recently, in 2020, Ruben became the GM and Founder of Ustonish.
Ruben Rosas attended Universidad Iberoamericana Tijuana from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade.
