Crystal Erickson

Crystal Erickson is a highly experienced Principal ML/AI Engineer and Data Scientist at Connie Health since March 2024, focusing on developing custom AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Previously, Crystal has served as a Consultant at CLF Analytics, where responsibilities included creating integration roadmaps for clients and designing AI strategies tailored to stakeholder needs. As Principal AI Architect at RVCM, Crystal led AI/ML initiatives, including leveraging Large Language Models for generative AI projects. Additionally, Crystal has held various data science roles, including constructing predictive models at St. Luke's Health System and pioneering automated ML solutions at AT&T. Educated at The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics, along with an Associate of Arts in Russian Language Studies from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, Crystal combines technical expertise with a strong analytical foundation.
