Melissa Sheketoff is a seasoned media professional currently serving as the morning host on WICC 600AM and 107.3FM since November 2018. In addition to this role, Melissa has been a morning news anchor at WCAX-TV since June 2016, having previously worked as a television news reporter at News 12 Connecticut from November 2013 to May 2016, focusing on southwestern Connecticut. Melissa's experience includes a range of responsibilities from researching and conducting interviews to script writing and live field updates, along with previous roles that involved reporting, shooting, and editing news stories. Melissa has also honed editing and production skills through various internships and positions, and holds a BS in Mass Communications from Champlain College, complemented by ongoing studies in Humanities at the University of Cape Town.

Connoisseur Media was founded in 2004 by Jeffrey Warshaw and Mike Driscoll. The first acquisition of the company involved several stations in Bloomington, IL. The company began with capital from hedge fund Farallon Capital, along with its founders. Through a combination of start-ups, move-ins, and acquisitions, Connoisseur Media has grown to 36stations as of February 2014.
