Keyur is a Partner, Technical Accounting in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services group providing assistance to clients with technical accounting issues and helping clients achieve IPO readiness. Keyur has extensive experience in working with stock-based compensation arrangements (including employee stock purchase plans), analyzing complex equity structures and financing arrangements, business combinations, financial statements preparation, and foreign currency issues.
Prior to working at Connor Group, Keyur spent a number of years working within the Transaction Services group at both KPMG and PwC working with Companies in the consumer products, technology, financial services, and life sciences sectors.
Keyur is a Certified Public Accountant (NY - Active) and graduated with his Bachelors in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.
