Oleg is a Partner, Technical Accounting in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice, providing assistance on complex technical accounting issues, audit and IPO readiness and S-1 filing process. Oleg has experience in multiple industries, including life sciences, technology, healthcare and manufacturing. His experience covers technical areas such as complex revenue recognition issues, business combinations, complex debt and equity arrangements, leases, share-based compensation, financial statement preparation, S-1 filings and SEC reporting.
Prior to joining Connor Group, Oleg spent 13+ years working in various finance roles at companies in a variety of industries. In addition to his experience in the industry, Oleg also worked in the Assurance Practice at Ernst & Young’s San Jose and Sacramento offices, servicing both multi-national and small companies.
Oleg is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and a member of the AICPA.
