Sarah Vande Hey, APTD, currently serves as the Manager of Workforce Technology Services at Connors Group since June 2022, following their role as a Sr. Implementations Consultant. Previously, Sarah held various positions at Fleet Farm from 2005 to July 2020, including Training and Development Manager, where responsibilities included managing training initiatives, LMS implementations, and overseeing HR projects. Other notable roles at Fleet Farm included Human Resources Supervisor, Kronos/UKG Administrator, and Automotive Operations Technician. Sarah's earlier experience includes working as a Teller at Fox Communities Credit Union and as a Professional Auto Detailer at Vande Hey Brantmeier Automotive Group. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College and a Master of Science in Management & Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College.
