Bryan McIndoe is a Senior Instructional Designer and Trainer at Connors Group, with extensive experience in instructional design and training across various sectors. Previously, Bryan worked as a Business Systems Analyst at TeleTracking, focusing on the technical administration of HR and training systems, and served as a Learning Experience Designer, creating e-learning content for both technical and soft skills training. Bryan's career began at Giant Eagle, where responsibilities included designing training materials and technical writing for retail operations and safety training. Bryan holds a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Allegheny College.
