John Schiavo has extensive experience in HR, people development, and talent acquisition. John started their career at Giant Eagle in 2000, where they held various roles such as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & Development, Director of Learning & Organizational Development, and Sr. Consultant for Giant Eagle Business Systems. In these positions, they oversaw training and development programs for thousands of employees and led initiatives to improve operational standards and efficiency. In 2017, they joined Connors Group as the Senior Director of HR & People Development, where they continued to contribute their expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies.

John Schiavo has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Geneva College. Additionally, they completed an Executive Education Program at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.
