Anne Reese

Anne Reese is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Operations Excellence Lead for ConocoPhillips since January 2021, following the acquisition of Concho Resources where Anne held the position of Senior Operations Engineer. Prior to the acquisition, Anne worked as an Operations Engineer at Concho from January 2019 to January 2021 and at Ring Energy, Inc. from November 2016 to January 2019, focusing on various asset teams in the Midland and Delaware Basins. Anne began the career with Chevron, where roles included Production Engineer from June 2014 to May 2016, as well as internships in Petroleum Engineering and Corporate HES. Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, complemented by a Safety Engineering Certificate.
