Deena Clayton

Deena Clayton is an experienced professional in environmental assurance and sustainable development, currently serving as Managing Director of Sustainable Development at ConocoPhillips since May 2005. Throughout this tenure, Deena has held various key roles including Global Chief Environmental Assurance, HSE Manager for the Gulf Coast, HSE Director for Business Development, Principal HSE Consultant, and Environmental and Stakeholder Engagement Manager. Additionally, Deena served as Vice Chair for IPIECA from March 2019 to March 2023 and worked as an Environmental Specialist at Encana Corporation from 2003 to 2005. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of Calgary.
