Muhammad Ali has over 20 years of professional experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Delivery Head at Conquest Tech Solutions Inc since January 2013, where responsibilities include directing daily operations of the recruiting team and supervising workflow for operational efficiency. Previously, Muhammad held positions as Lead Recruitment at SoftSol, managing a team and overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, and played a key role in recruitment at Megasoft and Reliance Global, specializing in sourcing, candidate tracking, and head hunting. Muhammad began the career as a Sales Executive at both Eureka Forbes Pvt. Ltd and Sri Raj Holiday Inn. Muhammad holds an MBA in HR and an MCA in Computer from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology.
