Steve Hall is the Founder and CEO of Make It Matter Foundation, established in October 2019, where a commitment to working with conscious leaders to create meaningful impact drives the organization's mission. Hall also serves on the Board of Directors for Conscious Capitalism, Inc. since 2018. Previously, Hall founded driversselect in 2004, with a significant focus on workplace culture and its effects on individuals' well-being. Hall held leadership roles such as Chairman of the Board and President for the National Automotive Finance Association from June 2015 to June 2017, and President at Easterns Automotive Group from January 2002 to February 2004. Additional entrepreneurial ventures include founding Pricedrive.com and Custom Finance Solutions. Hall earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from James Madison University between 1988 and 1992.
