Nour Assaf

Nour Assaf is a skilled Assistant Estimator at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. since January 2022, focusing on complex and large-scale project estimates, value engineering, and subcontractor relations, while also contributing to preconstruction activities and business development. Previous experience includes roles as an Estimating Intern at Consigli Construction, where responsibilities involved preparing quantity take-offs and cost estimations, and as a Construction Management Intern at DPS Group Global, participating in project controls and procurement. Nour Assaf has also held positions as a Peer Mentor and Teaching Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, providing academic support and teaching sustainability in the built environment. Additional internships include roles in engineered wood design and as a conversation partner for Levantine Arabic, along with early supervisory experience at the Amherst Family Center. Nour Assaf holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Technology and a minor in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, complemented by a Baccalauréat Français with a focus on Mathematics from Notre Dame De Louaizé.
