Senior Solutions Engineer

The Role

As a Solutions Engineer at Constantinople, your role will be pivotal in bridging the technical gap between client accounts and internal engineering squads, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients through complex integrations, product adoption, and solution design while collaborating closely with internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

This role spans the entire sales funnel, from pre-sales engagements—where you’ll support solution scoping, feasibility assessments, and technical demonstrations—to post-sales implementation, where you’ll lead end-to-end solution design and delivery execution.

Combining technical expertise with strong stakeholder management skills, you will play a crucial role in accelerating sales cycles and ensuring the successful delivery of the Constantinople platform to clients.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, addressing challenges and ensuring alignment between customer goals and internal capabilities.
• Work closely with sales and customer success teams to translate client requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable architectures and oversee seamless solution implementation.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, perform gap analyses, and develop customised integration strategies.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar role.
• Hands-on technical experience
• Hands-on project experience in a SaaS environment at scale.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, fostering positive relationships and contributing to a strong company culture.

Nice to Have

• Technical background as a software developer or solutions architect.
• Experience in financial services, particularly within fintech or banking.
• Start up / Scale up experience
