Chukwuka Jiabana

Chukwuka Jiabana is an experienced technology professional currently holding the position of Enterprise Network Cloud Solutions - Cloud Operations at Constellation since November 2023. As a Co-Founder of Future Hope Behavioral Health Services since June 2020, Chukwuka oversees technology operations, implements IT policies, and ensures compliance with health information security regulations. Previously, at DMI (Digital Management, LLC), between March 2022 and November 2023, Chukwuka contributed to significant digital transformations and collaborated on a $1.2M digital server upgrade. Additionally, as IT Project Manager for the Maryland Department of Health, Chukwuka managed technology project scopes, schedules, and resources, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completions. Notably, Chukwuka served as Chief Executive Officer of ChuMiChi Technology from January 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included business continuity planning and communication with stakeholders. Chukwuka holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from the University of Baltimore and an Associate's degree in Information Technology from the Community College of Baltimore County.
