Frederic Dunod

Frederic Dunod is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as the Director of External Reporting and Chief Accounting Officer at Constellium since April 2012, Frederic has previously held significant roles, including Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting at Dassault Systèmes from 2003 to 2012, and Director in the Global Capital Markets Group at PwC from 2001 to 2003. Frederic's career also includes positions as Senior Manager of Corporate Controllership at Euro Disney Associés SCA and various roles at PwC, including Audit Senior Manager and Audit Manager, starting in 1990. Frederic's finance journey began as a Financial Analyst at High Point PLC from 1989 to 1990. Frederic is an alumnus of Institut Supérieur du Commerce, having studied there from 1987 to 1988.
