Jean-Marc Germain

Jean-Marc Germain is the current CEO of Constellium. Jean-Marc has over 25 years of experience in the aluminum industry.

Germain began their career at Bain & Company as a manager. Jean-Marc then moved to GE, where they worked their way up to director. In 1998, they joined Pechiney as a senior vice president.

In 2004, Germain joined Novelis as the company's president for North America. During their eight years with the company, they helped it become the world's largest aluminum rolling company.

In 2012, Germain became the president and CEO of Algeco Scotsman Group. Jean-Marc held this position for four years before joining Constellium in 2016.

Jean-Marc Germain has a Master of Science from École Polytechnique.
