Mohit Saini currently serves as General Manager - Network Planning at Constl since May 2023. Previously, from June 2022 to May 2023, Mohit held the position of SME Fiber Planning at Adani Enterprises Limited, focusing on fiber routes planning for NLD to connect major metro cities. Between October 2018 and June 2022, Mohit was General Manager at Vodafone Idea Limited, overseeing PAN India Fiber routes planning and managing a capex of approximately 2000 Crores per annum. Mohit also served as Manager - Fiber Network Planning at Vodafone Idea Limited and held roles in transmission planning at Idea Cellular Ltd from February 2009 to September 2018. Early career experience includes working as a Transmission Engineer at ZTE from August 2008 to January 2009. Mohit holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Telecommunication from Punjabi University (2004-2008) and completed matriculation at Little Flower High School (1992-2002).
