This is not a faceless organization with hundreds of lawyers, each lugging around dozens of files.

We don’t have minimum billable hour targets. Instead, we cap the number of hours that each lawyer can work. This is to ensure that our team is energized, available, and focused on client outcomes and satisfaction instead of churning files and counting hours to get a bonus.
