Jason Sudol

Jason Sudol, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate financial reporting and accounting. Currently serving as Assistant Corporate Controller at Construction Specialties since March 2021, Jason has previously held various leadership positions at HBO from January 2006 to September 2020, including Vice President of Consolidated Financial Reporting and Director of both Consolidated Financial Reporting and Financial Systems. Earlier in his career, Jason worked at Deloitte from September 1999 to December 2005, where roles included Audit Manager and Audit Senior. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University.
