Jonathan Felts, PE has over 17 years of work experience in the engineering field. Jonathan is currently serving as the Vice President, Infrastructure at Construction Testing Services since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked for Fenagh Engineering and Testing as the Vice President from March 2015 to July 2021. In this role, they successfully built and managed four start-up offices nationally, focusing on laboratory accreditation, business development, estimating, contract negotiations, hiring, training, and overseeing field and engineering personnel.
From 2008 to 2014, Jonathan worked at Construction Testing Services as an Engineering Manager, where they oversaw engineering investigations, specialty lab and field testing operations, and developed quality control plans. Jonathan also served as the Laboratory Manager from 2009 to 2012, managing daily materials testing and assisting in automating tests and procedures to increase efficiency.
Prior to these roles, Jonathan worked as a Partner at FR Holdings LLC from 2008 to 2010, a Design Engineer at Stantec from 2007 to 2008, and a Design Engineer at TKC from 2004 to 2006.

Jonathan Felts, PE completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Management at California State University, Chico. Jonathan attended the university from 1999 to 2004. In May 2013, they obtained their Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
