Shane is Chief Operating Officer of Irdeto Video Entertainment and joined the Board of Consult Red in 2018. Prior to joining the Board he was the Founder and CEO of Caldero, a professional services consultancy within the video entertainment market.
A developer by background, Shane previously held a number of roles at Pace, latterly President of the international business, where he achieved strong growth on the way to building a near USD $1B business.
