John C. Eustice

John C. Eustice currently serves as Senior Trial Counsel at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, a position held since June 2020. Prior to this role, John C. Eustice was a Member at Miller & Chevalier from November 2007 to June 2020, where representation of domestic and international clients in various litigation and information technology matters was a focus. Earlier experience includes serving as an Attorney at Jones Day from August 2003 to November 2007, working primarily in the commercial litigation department with a focus on employment discrimination, products liability, and general business litigation. John C. Eustice earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School between 2000 and 2003 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and Chemistry from Duke University, obtained from 1996 to 2000.
