With a strong background in custom software solutions and a focus on efficiency, Frank has held various roles including Technical Manager, Program Leader, and Project Leader, contributing to laboratory optimization and the development of testing databases. In addition to their professional achievements, Frank owns and operates an NFL-sponsored youth Flag Football League through Mad Dog Athletics, fostering community engagement in sports. Frank earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.
