Paul Ritchey, DrPH, CPE, currently serves as a Senior Test Project Leader at Consumer Reports since June 2021. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Research Scientist in Consumer Product Research at Amway from January 2018 to May 2021, where contributions included user research and promoting Human/User Centered Design in product development. Paul also worked as a Human Factors Consultant and gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University from August 2013 to August 2017. Earlier internships and positions include User Experience/Human Factors intern at HP, lab management and research assistant roles at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and educational pursuits in psychology leading to advanced degrees including a Doctor of Public Health degree specializing in Occupational Health from Texas A&M University.
