Michelle has over twenty-five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness. Michelle is a graduate of Defiance College, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, and a graduate of the Ohio Dominican University, with a Master of Business Administration.
Previously, Michelle worked as a Service and Support Administrator and later as an Investigative Agent at a county board of DD for over eight years before re-entering the private sector. Michelle has filled various roles while at CSS which include Site Supervisor, Program Director, and County Director. Michelle values her relationships with individuals, family members, and staff throughout the various counties. Michelle is committed to continuous, quality improvement to enhance the lives and independence of those being served.
