Rafael de Albuquerque Fernandes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and technical support. Starting a career at Netpartners Consultoria e Sistemas Ltda from June 2005 to March 2009 as an Analista de Suporte Técnico, Rafael contributed significantly to the development and implementation of internal systems for retail operations within the Grupo Sílvio Santos.
