Taher Galal

Taher Galal is a highly experienced software engineer and team lead with a strong background in full-stack development and API design. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Contabo GmbH since December 2020, Taher has previously held senior engineering roles at plusserver and OSTHUS, where responsibilities included the development of RestAPI using Java and application development with ReactJS. Earlier experiences include a Full Stack Engineer position at Ericsson focused on network data visualization and various roles in software development and teaching assistance at ITWorx and the German University in Cairo. Taher Galal holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the German University in Cairo.
