Sera Flint has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Sera started their career at Vodafone in 1999 and held various roles including Sales Operations Manager, Sales Promotions Manager, and Consumer Campaign Manager. Sera then worked for Yota Group Ltd as the Head of Customer Experience before joining innovision as the Director of Strategic Communications. Sera also had a contract role as the Head of Brand at Bank of New Zealand. Sera later returned to Vodafone and held positions such as Head of Brand, Head of Brand integration - Global, and Brand Strategy and Migrations Manager - Global. Sera also worked at Ogilvy & Mather as a Group Account Director for Pernod Ricard, and most recently, they joined Contact Energy Ltd as the Head of Marketing in December 2019.
