Prior to this, Paulino spent over 16 years at Qualfon, progressing through numerous roles such as Account Workforce Manager, Workforce Manager, and Workforce Coordinator, where responsibilities included optimizing schedules and collaborating with various departments to exceed client expectations. Paulino holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an Associate's degree in Computer Technology from Saint Joseph College Maasin City.
