Chidi Lee is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as HR Manager at Contact Theatre since December 2021, Chidi previously held the same role at APEM Ltd from October 2010 to June 2021, where a robust HR framework was established. Prior experience includes HR Consultant at O2 UK, where strategic HR support was provided to senior management, and HR Advisor roles at Synstar Computer Services and Shell Direct (UK) Ltd, focusing on generalist HR support and case management. Chidi began the career as a Recruitment Consultant at Aerotek Limited and has a solid educational background with a PostGraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a BCOM (Hons) from the University of Birmingham.
