Matt Shannon is an experienced professional in customer success and client growth, currently serving as the Customer Success Team Lead at ContactMonkey since January 2021, after progressing through roles as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. At ContactMonkey, Matt focuses on aligning the internal communication needs of clients with the platform's capabilities to foster a highly engaged workforce in a hybrid environment. Prior to this, Matt worked at GrowthGenius as a Client Growth Manager, generating qualified sales meetings for clients, and at Core as a Research Project Manager and Research Executive, where insights into consumer behavior were utilized to drive business growth. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Technological University Dublin and furthered studies at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences during an Erasmus program.
