Sushmita Jadhav

Sushmita (Sushi) Jadhav is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in product management, growth strategies, and design thinking education. Currently serving as Growth Lead and previously as Growth Product Manager and Junior Product Manager at ContactOut since September 2021, Sushmita has also been mentoring postgraduate students as a Design Thinking Academic Tutor at the University of Sydney since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Scrum Master at meyd.it and Program Manager at AI Ventures in early 2021, along with a Business Analyst position at HDFC Bank from June 2019 to February 2020. Sushmita holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from SIES Graduate School of Technology.
