Jackie Sutherland began their work experience in 1984 as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Science Systems and Applications, Inc. Jackie then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Hughes from 1994 to 1996. From 1996 to 1999, Jackie was a Project Manager at RWD Technologies, Inc. Following this, they moved to Verizon Communications, where they held the role of Director of IT from 1999 to 2005. In 2005, Jackie joined Bankrate, Inc. as the Vice President of Software Engineering, overseeing the launch and development of their website. Jackie'smost recent role is as the President & CEO of Contax360 BPO Solutions, Inc., a global contact center solutions provider since 2007.
