Currently serving as Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management at 宁德时代新能源科技股份有限公司 since May 2022, Helen oversees program sustainability, responsible sourcing, and compliance with EU battery regulations while managing quality, delivery, and cost. Prior to this, at Airbus as Supplier Development Manager, Helen optimized operations processes through methodologies like OKR and Hoshin Kanri, enhancing process efficiency for suppliers. Helen's previous roles include Lean Supply Chain Manager and IE Manager at Mattel, where leadership efforts resulted in award-winning projects, and HOS Site Leader at Honeywell, focusing on strategy deployment and accountability. With a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology, Helen possesses a strong academic foundation complemented by practical expertise.
