Alex T. has extensive work experience in the IT industry, starting as the Founder and Technical Manager at SYKO Systems in 2004. Alex then worked as an IT Manager at C2 Communications LTD before transitioning to Zanzibar Telecom Ltd. as an Enterprise Technical Solutions Senior Manager. Over the years, they held roles such as IT and Telecommunications Consultant at Selfemployed, Advanced System Administrator at 1&1 IONOS, Head of Automation Services at 1&1 Mail & Media Applications SE, VP/Head of DevOps at Deutsche Bank, and Head of Platform Engineering Compute at IONOS. Most recently, Alex served as the Head of Cloud & Infrastructure at Commerz Real AG and currently holds the position of Head of Cloud and Platform Engineering at Contentserv.
Alex T. completed a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from Universitatea “Spiru Haret” din București from 2001 to 2005. In addition, Alex obtained an ITIL v3 Foundation certification from APM Group in 2009 and a GitLab Certified Git Associate certification from GitLab in 2021.
