David Overmyer

David Overmyer currently serves as CFO of Contentstack and Surfboard Ventures, alongside the role of CEO at Raw Engineering, all since October 2017. Prior to these positions, David was CEO of Structure Financial Services from 2007 to October 2017, providing CFO services to emerging SaaS businesses, which collectively raised over $50 million in equity and achieved nearly $100 million in exits. David's career began at KPMG US as a Senior Auditor, and David progressed to significant roles including SVP Finance at CBS Interactive Inc., where David played a pivotal role in the company's transition to a publicly-held entity. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University-Sacramento.
