Mills has a solid foundation in electric and hybrid vehicle development, having been a Project Manager and Senior Applications Engineer at Zytek Group Ltd since 2001, and has contributed significantly to emission compliance and calibration processes at Sagem Automotive and Lucas EMS, working with high-profile clients such as Jaguar and Land Rover. Roles have included technical leadership in emerging markets and experience in race support engineering across various motorsport sectors.

Our work ranges from the consultation of concept studies up to the realization of prototypes and small series, while having control over the complete product development process. Likewise, we can take over exactly defined work packages within a project.
