Paola Agurto has a strong background in business development and industrial engineering, currently working at Continental Engineering Services since July 2017. Previous experience includes conducting a master thesis project on Truck Platooning at Continental, and roles in innovation and strategy as well as junior consulting at TGestiona, where value-added solutions were developed for the Telefónica Group across several Latin American countries. Paola also contributed to performance improvement operations in consulting at PwC. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Production Engineering and Management from OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts, a Laurea Magistrale from Università degli Studi di Trieste, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima. Additional training includes advanced Microsoft Office skills from CIBERTEC.
