Stefania F. Pilz

Stefania F. Pilz is a seasoned professional in architecture and retail design, currently serving as the Global Retail Design Manager at Ria Money Transfer since April 2019. In this role, Stefania leads the development and standardization of the company's physical spaces globally, emphasizing customer experience and alignment with branding. Prior to this, Stefania held the position of Retail Designer Europe, focusing on architectural projects in Europe. Stefania co-founded a multidisciplinary architecture studio, gaining experience in full-cycle project management, and has worked on high-end interior design projects as well as various internship roles in architecture. Stefania graduated from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in 2011 with a degree in Architecture and Urbanism.
