Brian Estes, GPHR, PHR, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Continental General since November 2024. Previously, Brian was the Chief People Officer at Nuclein, where leadership of People and Facilities Operations was instrumental in driving the company's mission. Brian also held the position of Director of Global Human Resources at Artivion, Inc., managing HR strategy across Latin America and Asia Pacific for a global workforce of 1,500 employees. At Optum, Brian oversaw Global Mobility and Benefits for 2,500 employees during rapid growth phases and was responsible for a $32M benefits budget. Brian's earlier experience includes Human Resources Manager at Miami Marlins, where a focus on diversity was recognized by the MLB Commissioner, and Employee Health Program Supervisor at UF Health Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Health, Exercise and Sports Sciences from the University of Florida.
