Ingrid Lopez, MBA, CSM, has extensive experience in project management and process improvement within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Continental LTC, Inc., and contributing to user acceptance testing for key projects at Dell since August 2011, Ingrid has effectively streamlined complex sales processes and managed significant data migrations for the Latin American market. Previous roles include various positions at Dell, including Sales Support Analyst and Site Support Specialist, where Ingrid facilitated communication between sales and development teams and provided user access management. Ingrid’s educational background includes a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, as well as post-graduate studies in higher management and a bachelor’s degree in Advertising.
