Lexi Paynter is an accomplished IT Operations Manager at Continental General, overseeing IT operations to ensure system stability and optimal performance since December 2020. With a strong background in service desk management, Lexi has developed customer-focused teams, implementing ITIL processes and automation for efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Technical Support Analyst for the South Region at the American Cancer Society, where Lexi managed IT support for multiple states, and as Senior Technical Support Specialist at teleNetwork, resolving complex network issues.
